Cancellation Policy: Brads Travel and Tours (BTT) offers a FULL refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled activity for those who have paid the full amount down payment. However, no refunds will be issued to clients who opted for a 10% down payment option.
No Activity Policy: In cases where activities or adventures cannot proceed due to unpredictable circumstances such as inclement weather or other environmental factors beyond our control, please note that no refund will be given for transportation costs. However, fees for the specific activities that could not be conducted will be refundable.
Child Policy & Rate:
- For whale shark watching in Oslob, children aged 0-5 years are not permitted to participate in snorkeling with the whale sharks but can watch from the boat.
- No charges apply for children aged 2 years and below, and they are not included in the guest count.
- Children aged 3 to 7 years are eligible for a 30% discount and are also not included in the guest count.
- Children aged 8 years and above will be charged the full travel cost.
Payment: To book a tour with BTT, guests can pay through bank deposit, credit card via PayPal, or Paymongo. Guests have the option to pay the full price or a 10% down payment/deposit and settle the remaining balance in CASH on the tour date.
